Thanks Dimitiris, that will be one to think about!

Could you clarify the dates please? In your openng sentence you say send entries to you by the 30th, but in the full rules you have a closing date of the 23rd, with the week up to the 29th for voting.

Good luck everybody ... John

That's the point!

But, it may also be very simple. The object can be ANYthing as long as it's spherical and part of the composition.

I inteded to keep the challeng open for the whole month but it seems that I will be out of town the least week so I changed it to the 23rd.

Don't worry, I only mentioned it to save confusion over the dates.
I'm still not sure how to interpret the theme though (I wonder how many shots of the moon you will get!). I was hoping to have a go at one of these competitions so might try the simple version.

Hint: The spherical object does not have to pre-exist.

Whoa, I've spotted a potential problem. When I clicked on the frst email address to send in my entry, it took me to FlemmingS's email addy, not dsmouzos. Looks like the first link is incorrect... maybe people would like to check they haven't sent it to the last challenge organizer in error.

(of course, it's altoether possible I'm being dim.)

Zuiko-holic, how do we know if the entry reached you OK, please? Will you sent an acknowledgement or do we just assume?

If you hover over the 2 links in the first post and look in the bottom left corner of the browser (it does it in Firefox and I think in IE, but I haven't used IE for a while) you can see where the link actually takes you. The first link goes to FlemmingS's email address, the second (the one down at the bottom) goes to dsmouzos.

The wrong e-mail address is a copy-paste error. I noticed it but for some reason I cannot edit my original post anymore.

When I receive an entry I send a confirmation e-mail.

Come on people! I've only received 2 entries so far!
