i am off to southport soon and was going to do some seascape stuff

i will hire a lens for the 3 days i am away what would be the best suggestion

7-14 i was thinking also is there any examples on here with the 8mm fish eye

might be interesting to try that out as well

suggestions please:)

Don't know about the fisheye but you will have a lot of fun with the 7-14.

If the tide is out even a 14mm will give good effect... take something for street photography...and dont take pictures at the railway station...I was told off there as i did not have permission!

You'll be lucky to see the sea! The pier is a good shot especially with the 7-14.

I reckon you will need a 300mm if the tide is in a 600 if its out! You could be better round the Formby area, There are???Red Squirrels there at the nat trust site.
