I've just uploaded some JPEG and RAW samples from our E-420 and 25mm f/2.8 pancake lens. See:

http://fourthirds-user.com/2008/03/initial_e420_and_dz_25mm_pancake_samples.php

If you are going to download the RAW files, please bear in mind that as far as I know, only Olympus Master 2.0.5 or Olympus Studio 2.1.2 will develop these files. For news on the latest versions of these programs, see:

Just downloaded the raws and the low daffodil shot does the combination a lot of credit The shop image looks very sharp on first looks, and funny enough after zooming in on the image I have spotted something I want to buy.....

Looking at the others the colours seem a little flat? Might try some PP on them later.

The weather certainly did you no favours, can see that. Mind you I am no expert what do others think?

I have just got back in from a walk around the local area near my house and just in time as it's raining again:rolleyes:

The sun did oblige for a few shots so I will be updating the sample gallery shortly.

The weather was better today so I ventured out and added a second set of samples to the article, see:

Which flower - there were a few :) ? Most of these shots were taken despite the blustery conditions and there may be some motion blur, or thr DOF is very narrow if shot at a wide aperture (to demonstrate the limited DOF capable).

You're right, the wrong image was uploaded and I have replaced it accordingly.

Had a hold at Digital depot, it is very small. Looked quite odd with my 12-60mm on:-)

The 14-54mm lens actually suits the E-4x0 much better - the 12-60 is a bit heavy in comparison.

Kind Regards
