Any of the micro-fibre cleaning cloths designed for optical equipment. Pentax had one of the first a couple of decades ago and I'm still using one of them.

I always use a soft brush on the lens before using the cloth to remove any particles that could scratch the glass.

Try these - Just re-checked and they seem to be available? 3M micro-fibre (http://www.3mselect.co.uk/p-1939-3m-microfibre-lens-cleaning-cloth-12pk-clearance-deal.aspx) I bought a few packs to go away with and for the price they will be hard to beat.

I use Spudz. They fit in their own wee neoprene bag and can be clipped to camera bags, keyrings, etc.
I have the blue lightning ones as they are easy to see if you drop them.
