If it's for the 14-42 or 40-150 lens with a 58mm thread I'd recommend this from ebay

I bought one last year with some good results

The 70-300mm lens is also a 58mm thread so this will work. I use it on my 14-42, 40-150 and 70-300mm lenses. I also bought a 52-58mm step up ring so my son can use it on my e-410 with the 17.5-45mm 52mm thread lens.

Please remember that the front of the lens on the 70-300 rotates as you focus. You will need to adjust the PL after you have focused.

The 70-300mm uses a 58mm filter thread.
